日曜日のランチはチヤバタのステーキサンドイッチ

On Sunday we ate ciabatta steak sandwich for lunch

チャバタは夫の初挑戦

Husband made the ciabatta and it's his first time

チャバタは重くなく、ステーキもミディアムで美味しかった～

It was very yummy, ciabatta wasn't too much heavy, steak was medium

ソースはブルーチーズとマヨネーズ

The sauce is blue cheese and mayonnaise

兄の注文 brother's order

土曜日に兄が遊びに来た

On Saturday our older brother came here

娘は始めの５分くらい誰だか忘れてしまって、号泣

Our daughter cryed a lot while first 5 mins because she forgot who is he

事前にランチのリクエストと聞いたら、「パスタ」とのこと

His request of lunch was Pasta

 

メニューは、

Menue was 

野菜スティックのアンチョビマヨネーズディップ、

Vegetable stick with anchovy mayonnaise　sauce,

ローズマリー　フォッカチャ、

Rosemary foccacia,

ボロネーゼ、

Bolognese,

ホットワイン

Hot wine

みんなお腹いっぱいで少し酔っぱらったので、ホットワインの写真は無し

Everyone good drank and full so forgat to take the pictuer of hot wine

タイのレッドカレーのペースト Thai red curry paste

先週末に夫が、タイのレッドカレーペーストを作って冷凍保存

Last weekend my husband made Thai red curry paste, and he froze it

昨日の夕食のレッドカレーは、それを使用

Last night we made Thai red curry for dinner and used it

超かんたんなレシピで作ったけど、すっごいおいしい！

Used easy curry recipe but very yummy!

このレッドカレーペーストの作り方も簡単みたい

カボチャとほうれん草のしらすあえ、
人参とリンゴのすりおろし（みかん絞り汁でのばした）

Boiled pumpkin and spinach dress with dried young sardines,

mashed apple and carrot with mandarin orange juce


ミルクも一人で飲めるようになりました
She can drink a milk by herself without our help

Breakfast on Sunday

パンケーキとベーコンと目玉焼き

Pancake, bacon and fride egg

 先週まで行っていたサイパンで買ったパンケーキミックスを使用

Used the pancake mix that we bought in Saipan, where we were on holiday last week

でもこれ　made in Hawaii って書いてある。

軽くておいしかった～。マンゴー風味はあまりわからなかったけど

But there is '' made in Hawaii ''

It was yummy, love it.  We didn't realise Mango taste

本日の夕食は、コーンチャウダーとケルネブロードというドイツのパン

Today's dinner was cajun-spiced cornchowder and German bread called ''Kernebrot''

コーンチャウダーは昨日のランチに夫がつくりました。　
二日目でもおいしかった。
このコーンチャウダーはお客さまにも好評な一品

This cornchowder was made by my husband yesterday for lunch.
It was yammy secound day aswell.
And our guest like this chowder 


週末になると彼がいつもシェフになります

On week end he always became our chef
